FAQ About Ordering a Memorial
An order can be placed via email, our contacts page, over the phone, or by calling in to our offices.
From the first contact regarding a memorial, we usually aim to get stocked memorials fixed within 6-8 weeks, anything made to order and requiring delivery, can be up to 16-20 weeks. Please note, for lawn memorials on burial plots, a minimum of 6 months is required for the grave to settle prior to installation of a memorial.
We accept BACCS payment, cheque or card payment facilities at our offices or over the phone.

Yes you can order a bespoke, made to order memorial, we provide a detailed CAD plan of what the finalised memorial will look like for your approval.
